Question from my friend Glen:
Hello Mike,
I recently had a PO from a recycle vendor that called out for
Delivery/Freight "FCA Richland WA Facility".
They will provide the truck and we are to load at our facility then they
take it back to their facility for processing.
A question was raised here about when ownership of the material occurred. 
The vendor has verified that ownership takes place after we load the truck
and I have asked them to revise the PO to spell this out.
However, I have not had much luck finding a good reference for a complete
and comprehensive list of incoterms to use for these types of situations.
Can you provide any guidance on where to get these at?
